Now that it's cooling off we've decided it's time to take Lily on a walk.
Poor girl, getting adopted during the hottest summer in Austin!!!
We just haven't wanted to risk her getting over heated, so we've kept her close to the house.
On Saturday we walked her down to the school (about two blocks) to make sure she could do the walk with us in the morning ... well, halfway back she got tuckered and kicked Elliot out of his wagon ... HA HA!
I guess we need to build up her stamina (or not let Emily and Elliot run around with her in the back yard for about an hour before we walk)!
She turns 6 months old this week and is up to 30 pounds already.

lazy are you kidding me, that dog has more energy than us..HA! You just plum wore her out beforehand...I think it's an unfair verdict to already give her the poor label of a lazy hound..HA!
LOL ... OK OK, we'll see how she does tomorrow morning to see if she really is lazy .... or was just tired :)
